At A2i Systems we take great measures to ensure that your personal data is kept safe. In this privacy policy you can learn what type of data we collect, why we collect the data and how you can request a copy of your personal data or request your personal data to be deleted.
Personal Data Collected
- PriceCast Fuel Cloud – For customers signed up for our cloud offering, we store first name, last name, username, e-mail and phone number. This data is stored for as long as the user is active and is removed upon contract termination or manual request by the user.
- Sales contacts – For business operation and sales related reasons we store first name, last name, e-mail, phone number and associated company. This data is stored for the duration of a contract or sales process and deleted when no longer relevant or by manual request.
- Job Applications – For recruiting purposes we store job applications (resumes) for the duration of the recruitment process and up to six months thereafter.
